Please help spread the word about this Friday's Homeless Stand Down and Health Fair to all the homeless men and women you serve - veterans and civilians.The Stand Down is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hyde Park United Methodist Church, 500 W. Platt Street, Tampa.
The Hillsborough County Sunshine Line, along with Mental Health Care, will provide free transportation to and from the event. Pick up locations are:
Salvation Army, N. Florida Ave. (1 pick up at 8 a.m. only)
Homeless Recovery, 2410 N. Tampa St.
Metropolitan Ministries, 2301 N. Tampa St.
Please see, print and post the Stand Down transportation schedule for your clients.
